This piece is based on a friend that practices Aztec dance regularly. She created an after school program(Soul Sessions) to teach high school kids the elements of hip hop here in Austin and now lives in San Antonio. She takes great pride in the outfits that are made for these dance ceremonies that keep La Danza Azteca alive.
